For several years, David Helm has been active as a bass player in various band projects. In the role of songwriter, guitarist and frontman of the trio Marek Johnson he now sets completely new impulses - at his side the longtime companions Dominik Mahnig (drums) and Thomas Sauerborn (bass). With bitingly melancholic indie pop of the finest variety and very personal tones, the three reinvent themselves musically without denying their artistic background.
